Chapter 21

Tug

“He’ll be fine,” Jasmine says, but the tremble in her voice betrays the lie.

Thankfully, Dominic pulled the door closed, but I can still feel his fury on the other side of the wall.

“He saw us both with our dicks out,” I remind her through gritted teeth. “A dad won’t ever be fine with walking in on that.”

“Do you think they’ll refuse to find Mia now?” These are the first words Max has spoken since we were busted in on.

At first, I want to punch him in the nose for being so fucking selfish, but when I give myself a second to calm down and put myself in his position, I know getting Mia back is the priority. God help me if I fucked this up for him by not being able to resist the goddess in a silky dress.

“He wouldn’t do that,” Jasmine says as she cups his jaw, forcing him to look down at her.

“It’s really hard to take you seriously right now,” he mutters.

“Because I’m a woman?” she snaps.

“Because you have cum drying on your face.”

He can’t take her seriously, and I just want to lick it off for her.

I smack the front of my forehead with my hand, but even after everything that’s happened and the possibility of facing a war outside this door, I still haven’t gotten to sink inside of her yet, and my balls are all too ready to remind me of that fact.

“Washroom,” I grunt and point across the room to the door beside the closet. “Get cleaned up. It’s on your shoulder and neck as well.”

“What do we do now?” Max asks, but I don’t have answers for him.

Until we face what we’ve done, I won’t be able to tell him a thing. Just the thought of stepping out of this room makes my hands shake with nerves.

“He won’t understand,” I mutter.

What I don’t say is that I may lose my job, and as many jobs as I could find with my skill set, Cerberus has become home to me. It’s not just about work. It’s the camaraderie and the brotherhood that embraced me the second I stepped foot on this land. Now, I’ve fucked it up because I was unable to keep my dick in my pants.

“Isn’t another Cerberus dude with Kincaid’s daughter?”

I whispered all the connections in the clubhouse to Max while we waited for the ceremony to start. He got a little tangled up on the fact that Delilah was technically marrying her stepbrother, but it seems he was paying attention to everything I said, classic Max, hanging on my every word.

“That’s a little different than two guys making your daughter choke on their dicks.” We both heard the commotion out in the hallway, but he walked into this room before either of us could put our dicks away. It was evident by our proximity exactly what was going on, and the fact that Max sprayed her with jizz while he watched was just one more nail in our coffins.
